The podcasts in three levels are free. Supporting material has to be paid for. I will present some of the goodies which are for free.

Level 1 is for elementary and pre-intermediate students, level 2 for intermediate and level 3 for intermediate and above.

Go to freebies or „free sample worksheets“ in the menu to find an example for each level.

We have a closer look at „Moving home“ (level 1).

Tipp zum Unterrichtseinsatz

First download the soundfile and the worksheets for the students for classroom use. Do the vocabulary worksheet before the listening to support the slower learners.

Go through the (listening) worksheet to focus the pupils‘ attention for the listening.

Play the recording in class. Support weaker students with the transcript if necessary.

Discuss the pros and cons of older and newer flats and houses with the students.

Fazit

It is fine to have free sample lessons. If you want more, you have to pay for or you prepare similar supporting material for the free recordings on your own.
